Refinery gases arise from refining operations on liquid hydrocarbon feed stocks. Composition of these gases varies widely depending on what process generates them but typically consist of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, C1-C5 saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons, and perhaps C6 compounds and H2S.
Agilent Refinery Gas Analyzers provide valuable information that allow refiners to monitor and optimize their processes, establish market value of a gas, and enable the study of gaseous products from processes under study or development. These pre-configured, factory-tested GC analyzers provide fast analysis of permanent gases and hydrocarbon content determination (with extended analysis to C14).
